Document Manager
The user rights of an Administrator and Brief Manager are different from those of a Document Manager. The Brief Manager is the principal person managing the Brief.
A Document Manager cannot a create, change details or structure of, archive or delete Briefs and will not necessarily have access to all documents in the Brief. A Document Manager will only access and see documents that a Brief Manager or another Document Manager has permitted the Document Manager to see.
- A Document Manager can upload and download documents, edit and delete information from the Brief.
- A Document Manager can sort details of documents by fields including date of document.
- A Document Manager can change the information on Cloudbrief about a document and copy and move documents between folders for a given Brief.
- A Document Manager cannot a create, change details or structure of, archive or delete Briefs.
- A Document Manager will not necessarily have access to all documents in the Brief.
- A Document Manager will only access and see documents that a Brief Manager or another Document Manager has permitted the Document Manager to see.
