Every folder that contains a document will display information about the document in a list in the Contents window, once you have highlighted the folder or subfolder. The Contents window will display a table containing a list of details (by fields) of documents that have been uploaded in the folder.
Details of documents can be viewed by selecting the All Documents folder or the specific folder that contains the documents. Choose the folder by pointing the cursor to folder name and left clicking. The folder name should then be highlighted. The documents in the folder will appear in a table on the screen.
You can choose to list 10, 25, 50, 100, 200 or all documents at a time. This can be a useful tool for preparing discovery or a trial bundle list.
A small window to the bottom left of the table in the large window displays a default figure of 10 and allows you, by using the down-pointing v symbol to the right, to choose to display a higher number of documents in the table at one time. The more documents you choose to display the longer will be the time that the server will take to respond.
If the folder contains more documents than the number you have chosen to list at one time you can use the First and Last buttons and numbers and arrows at the top or bottom of the table (at the level of but to the right of ‘Show … files’) to move to the next group of documents in the list of documents in the folder.
When you highlight a folder or subfolder the Print button appears on the far left of the screen above the Briefs window. The Print button enables you to print a list of the contents of the Contents window that are displayed on the screen.
