Brief Manager
Rights of Brief Manager
- You will be a Brief Manager.
- Who can access the Brief is controlled by a Brief Manager or an Administrator.
- You can create, change details of, and remove Access Groups (Access Groups are your teams) and Users.
- You can create, change details and structure of, archive and delete Briefs.
- You can control who can access Briefs created by you.
- You can view details of documents in the Brief you are permitted to access and sort details of documents by fields including date of document.
- You can upload and download documents and delete documents from the Brief.
- You can change the information on Cloudbrief about a document and copy and move documents between folders for a given Brief.
- You can see what level of User can access a particular document.
- You can see what User activity has occurred on your Briefs.
What you can see
- You will be able to see Briefs that you have created and the documents that have been uploaded to those Briefs.
- You will be able to see information about those documents.
- You will be able to see your Access Groups and team members (members of the Access Groups).
- You will see who has accessed a Brief, and when, and what the activity was.
What you can & can't do
- A Brief Manager can create, change details and structure of, archive and delete Briefs.
- A Brief Manager and an Administrator can control who can access Briefs created by the Brief Manager. An Administrator cannot access or manage briefs.
- A Brief Manager can view details of all documents in the Brief and sort details of documents by fields including date of document.
- A Brief Manager can upload and download documents and edit and delete information from the Brief.
- A Brief Manager can change the information on Cloudbrief about a document and copy and move documents between folders for a given Brief.
- A Brief Manager can see what level of User can access a particular document.
- A Brief Manager can see what User activity has occurred on the Brief Manager's Briefs.
- An Administrator can add or remove a business name or logo.
- An Administrator can amend the wording of a standard email that will be sent to each new User. Amendment is not recommended.
- A Super administrator has the rights of all Users.
