First, select the Brief or the folder.
Use the New Folder button to create a new folder. First point the cursor to the Brief or folder (or subfolder) you want to add a new subfolder to (which will highlight the name of the Brief folder or subfolder) and then point the cursor to and click on the New Folder button. Fill in the name of the new folder/subfolder and click Save.
When you left click on the name of the Brief, and you then add a folder, the new folder that will be a primary folder in the Brief.
You can add new subfolders to an existing folder by left clicking on the name of a folder into which you wish to add a subfolder. The name of the folder should then be highlighted. Use the New Folder button. The new folder will become a subfolder of the folder you selected. The same methodology enables you to add a subfolder within a subfolder.
To duplicate a folder and its contents select the folder and use the Duplicate Folder button.
To change the name of a folder select the folder and then use the Edit button.
To change the location of a folder in the Brief select the folder and then use the Move button.
Select the folder you wish to move and then click on the Move button. A copy of the existing brief structure will appear in a pop-up window that permits you to select the destination folder or subfolder into which you wish to move the selected folder. Select the new location and click Move within the pop-up window. The folder will move and the screen will default to a page showing the moved folder in its new location.
